EXON DRIVER APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Exon Technologies Limited ("Exon," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Exon Driver App ("App"), a platform connecting drivers with users seeking transportation and delivery services. By using the App, you ("Driver," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions:
  • "Driver" means an individual using the App to provide transportation or delivery services.
  • "User" means an individual requesting transportation or delivery services through the App.
  • "Exon Delivery" refers to the delivery service offered through the App.
  • "Exon XL" refers to the ride-hailing service for vehicles.
  • "Exon Tricycle" refers to the ride-hailing service for keke (three-wheeled vehicles).
  • "Services" means the transportation and delivery services offered through the App.
  • "Vehicle" means the vehicle used by the Driver to provide Services.
Terms and Conditions:
  1. Eligibility:
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
    • You must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle registration.
    • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Registration:
    • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  3. Vehicle Requirements:
    • Your Vehicle must meet Exon's minimum standards.
    • You must ensure your Vehicle is roadworthy and properly insured.
  4. Services:
    • Exon reserves the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time.
    • You agree to provide safe and respectful transportation and delivery services.
  5. Fees:
    • Exon charges commission fees on earnings generated through the App.
    • You are responsible for paying applicable taxes.
  6. Payment Terms:
    • Payments will be made through the App's payment system.
    • Exon reserves the right to withhold payments for violations of these Terms.
  7. Cancellation Policy:
    • Drivers may cancel requests prior to pickup.
    • Exon reserves the right to cancel requests due to unforeseen circumstances.
  8. Safety and Security:
    • You must comply with Exon's safety guidelines and protocols.
    • You are responsible for reporting incidents or accidents.
  9. Intellectual Property:
    • The App and its content are owned by Exon.
    • You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute App content.
  10. Disclaimers and Limitations:
    • Exon disclaims liability for damages or losses arising from App use.
    • Exon's liability is limited to the amount of fees earned through the App.
  11. Indemnification:
    • You agree to indemnify Exon against claims, damages, or expenses.
  12. Termination:
    • Exon may terminate your account for violating these Terms.
    • You may terminate your account at any time.
  13. Governing Law:
    • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Nigerian law.
  14. Dispute Resolution:
    • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
