EXON RIDER APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Exon Technologies Limited ("Exon," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Exon Rider App ("App"), a platform connecting drivers, dispatch riders, and keke operators with users seeking transportation and delivery services. By using the App, you ("Rider," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • "Rider" means an individual using the App to provide transportation or delivery services.
  • "User" means an individual requesting transportation or delivery services through the App.
  • "Exon Delivery" refers to the delivery service offered through the App.
  • "Exon XL" refers to the ride-hailing service for vehicles.
  • "Exon Tricycle" refers to the ride-hailing service for keke (three-wheeled vehicles).
  • "Services" means the transportation and delivery services offered through the App.
Terms and Conditions:

    • You agree to NOT Abuse or harass Drivers or other users.
    • You agree to NOT Damage or tamper with Drivers' vehicles or property.
    • Exon reserves the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time.

    • Riders shall pay for Services through the App's payment system

    • Riders shall be responsible for all fees and charges related to their use of Services.
